Hex Beauty Lab Return Policy:
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date. Please email us for shipping details.
- Items must be unused and in the original wrapping.
- Items must be free of damage, scratches and can not be tampered with.
- Any open or used product is non-returnable at this time.
- All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Hex Beauty Lab E-Gift Card.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- Returns are processed within 5-10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
- Return drop-offs are not accepted.
If you receive an incorrect item, you must contact support@hexbeautylab.com within 7 days of delivery.
